School Management Calendar App Requirement

Hello there! Hope you doing well. Please find below my app requirement and please go through it.
I seek an app designed for both android and ios. School systems will be able to upload their annual
school calendars, along with other important dates like parent-teacher conferences, registration,
PTA meetings, and important due dates with the appropriate links to a yahoo, outlook, or iCal.
School systems would have a unique code but could also be searched by city and state so all the
important dates and links would automatically be loaded onto the end user’s mobile calendar. Users
could set reminder alerts via text for 7/5/3/1 days before the pre-loaded dates. This app will need to
be user friendly, have strong security, and have localization functionality (maybe).

So there will be for multiple schools, and each & every school will have their admin panel where they
will manage their annual calendar. And user can search school via it's code or via by city/state.

Schools will have to option in via a fee to use the service, but the app is free for parents/students.
They will upload their calendars (using multiple colors to differentiate between school, athletic, etc.).
They can keep adding different dates to create a master calendar for PTA meetings, dances, sports
games, deadlines, etc. However, they don’t have to upload everything at once. The system would
send a reminder alert to the end user’s phone or device based on their preferred settings.

So far, this is what I have as must-haves. The most important thing is the ability to sync with iCal,
google calendar, yahoo calendar, outlook calendar. I would also like for the schools to have the
option of sending alerts. For example, school is closed for two days due to inclement weather. To
make up for the missed instructional days, the school system cancels the upcoming teacher
planning days when students were scheduled to miss school. Now, classes will be in session. This
app would/could also serve as an emergency notification mechanism for end users. I don’t want the
app to do everything: it will be too complex. It’s really an app to simplify organization. If a parent has
multiple children attending different schools, they will have the option to sync multiple calendars,
especially if one child attends private school and one attends public school. It can work for daycares,
k-12 schools, colleges and universities.
