Caring- sympathetic listening to student not only about life inside the classroom but more
about students' lives in general

Fairness and Respects- Treating student as a people.

Social Interaction with students- consistently behaving in a friendly personal manner

maintaining professional distance with students

Enthusiasm and motivation for learning -encouraging students to be responsible for

thier own learning.
Attitude toward the teaching Profession- having dual commitment to personal learning
and students learning anchored on the belief that all students can learn.

Positive expectation of students- striving to make all students feel competent

Reflective Pratice- reviewing and thinking on jis/her teaching process

Classmate- Bullying and the Need to Belong

The need to belong is basic human need. Student who are accepted by teachers and calssmates
feel they belong to the class.
