In my opinion, I think this picture is unacceptable . This is bad behavior , Violence and abuse .

This woman is not actual mom and she is not having a healthy lifestyle.

So , it is not good for your health especially with children.

MOMS should do many things for a better future of their SONS

such as developing a parenting plan ,

They should set clear and firm rules. Decide how you want to run your household and clearly communicate these
expectations to your kids. Depending on the age of your children, you might have an open discussion with them to
decide on fair rules and consequences together.

Let’s dish out plenty of love in the form of hugs, kisses, and words of affirmation. Affection reminds your child that
they are loved unconditionally.

They also act approachable, so older children want to talk to you and share everything with you. Instead of pushing
them, help them study and offer new perspectives on the subject they struggle with. Chances are the child needs
your help and by being supportive, even if it's not what you would have chosen for them., you are more likely to foster
hope and a love of learning than by being strict and upset.

Spending time one-on-one. Playing and talking with sons are very important for building good relationships.

Moms can be a role model .

Do your best to practice what you says.

Model healthy relationships.

Admit when you’re wrong, apologize and fix mistakes

Finally, don’t make things not good for their sons
