    Subject: FORMWORKS WITHDRAWAL FROM BEVERLY SITE

    Reference no.: OCHRI-M3302019

    Attention: ALL CONTRACTORS

    With reference of the above subject, One Citadel Home and Residences Inc
    (OCHRI) Management and its project representatives hereby instructed all
    contractors that from here onwards, withdrawal and/or removal of FORMWORKS
    from OCHRI Beverly Place worksite will be strictly prohibited unless with
    notification or approval by Project Site CMD.

    Note that some of the formworks issued and released to the contractors are not
    yet fully paid and used for its purpose.

    Likewise; shortage, abuse and/or misuse of the above materials will be at the
    expense of the contractor(s). Otherwise, OCHRI will provide the required
    materials in which the cost will be charged to the contractor’s account.

    Your strict compliance and acknowledgement in this regard is highly appreciated.
