PARKING LEASE AGREEMENT

This LEASE AGREEMENT is executed this ____ day of ______ 2019 in Makati
City, Philippines, by and between:

LESSOR: GILBERT MACARIO CRUZ, Australian-Filipino Citizen, of legal age, with postal
address: 5 Charlemonth Terrace Bella Vista NSW 2153; as represented by his Attorney-in-fact,
ROSEMARIE CRUZ ALCAIN, Filipino Citizen, of legal age with address at 1239 AH Lacson St.
Sampaloc, Manila, Philippines

LESSEE: WONG KEE JON, of legal age, with postal address of: Unit 24H Greenbelt Excelsior 105
Palanca St Legaspi Village Makati

SUBJECT: ONE (1) Parking Space at PODIUM 4, SLOT NO. 2

at: GREENBELT EXCELSIOR 105 C. Palanca St., Legaspi Village,

Makati City, Philippines 1229

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. LESSOR agrees to lease to the LESSEE, One (1) Parking space at Podium 4 Slot
no. 2 at the GREENBELT EXCELSIOR Condominium for ONE YEAR (1) YEAR
from May 15, 2019 to November 14, 2019, RENEWABLE, subject to the mutual
agreement of LESSOR and LESSEE. The agreed rental rate shall be FOUR
THOUSAND PHIL.PESOS ( PHP 4,000. 00) a month

2. LESSEE is paying:

2.1 The amount of Twelve Thousand Pesos (P12,000.00) upon signing shall be provided for
the period of May 15, 2019 August 14, 2019
2.2 The remaining balance of Thirty Three Thousand shall be paid on August 1, 2019 for
the period of August 15, 2019 to November 14, 2019

3. One (1) vehicle shall be parked at the aforementioned LEASED PARKING,

described as: Plate no. PYQ 576 and described as (car model ): SUBARU FORESTER

4. LESSEE agrees to secure and safeguard said vehicle and shall render
LESSOR free and harmless from any liability or responsibility over the parked
vehicle

5. LESSEE agrees to abide by the House Rules and Regulations of The

GREENBELT EXCELSIOR CONDOMINIUM with regards to Parking

6. LESSOR agrees to ensure that the said LEASED PARKING is well kept for
the benefit of the LESSEE
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have hereunto set their hands this _____ day
