PROGRESSIVE CAROLINA
The present progressive is used to express that an activity is happening

MODAL EXPLANATION:
VERBS
Modal verbs are a part of the larger category called auxiliary verbs
which are verbs that cannot be used on their own. They need to be
accompanied by another (main) verb. Sometimes modal verbs are
called modal auxiliaries.
Modal verbs are unlike other verbs. They do not change their form
(spelling) and they have no infinitive or participle (past/present). The
modals must and can need substitute verbs to express obligation or
