20:00hrs 5/5/2019 npp1 low voltage

00:30hrs 5/6/2019 npp1 contactor burn,replace with new contactor,
08:00hrs 5/6/2019 npp1 troubleshoot unit , open cover and check for fuses
found one fuse is burn, take one fuse from cat#6
and test it on cat#7 , run unit and the voltage is
480+, good
00:00hrs 5/7/2019 npp1 250hrs service, check contactor , electrical
08:00hrs 5/7/2019 npp1 install a fuse w/ 2A 250v, run the unit and voltage
go up to 480V+ , put on load @ 300kw run about 30
min. o.k, offline unit put back everything ,covers, etc
00:00hrs 5/7/2019 npp1 500hrs service, check battery level, electrical connections
fuses,and cleaning
note: take fuel pump from npp4
12:00hrs 5/8/2019 npp4 install new voltage regulator, run unit and no voltage
low voltage 7volt, flash field exciter and measure AC
from sensing line about 152 volt, change wiring conn.
in the ADVR and check rectifier ,good
00:00hrs 5/10/2019 npp1 500hrs service, check battery level, electrical connections
21:00hrs 5/14/2019 npp1 500hrs service,check, battery level , check heater,
clean aside battery, stator, test run w/load
09:00hrs 5/14/2019 npp4 run unit , swap f1 and f2 , same no voltage, stop!
