Stir Fry Vegetables
INGREDIENTS:
100g Garlic
20g Green bell pepper
90g White Onion
30g Snow peas
200g Cabbage
90g Carrots
100g Bean sprout
2tbsp Vegetable oil
1tbsp Soy sauce
2g Ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut cabbage into 2”squares, and cut carrots, onion and green bell pepper into thin slices.
2. Put vegetable oil and garlic in wok/pan and heat at medium heat, keep stirring until brown.
3. Add vegetables, turn to high heat and cook stirring constantly until vegetables wilt (but do noy over cook).
4. Add salt, ground black pepper, soy sauce to taste, mix and remove from heat to serve.
