MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING OF

DEED OF DONATION OF A PORTION OF LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That, ProSource Development Inc., with postal address at 7 Annapolis St.,

Platinum 2000 Bldg. Ste. 812, Greenhills, San Juan City Metro Manila, herein after
called the DONOR and in favor of the Local Government Unit of Barangay May-It,
Lucban , Quezon represented by the Punong Barangay, Kapt. Roselito I. Deapera,
also of legal age, Filipino, with postal address at Barangay May-It, Lucban, Quezon
herein called as the DONEE..

W I T N E S S E T H:

That the DONOR is the OWNER of a parcel of land situated at Barangay May-
It, Lucban , Quezon more particularly describe as ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE
No. P—35200.

That for and consideration of the DONEE’s trust the DONOR will give TWO
HUNDRED SQUARE METERS (200sqm.) part of the parcel of land with ORIGINAL
CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No. P-35200.

The DONOR, do by this presents do hereby act of cooperation, liberality,

generosity, voluntarily and freely gives, cede and convey by way of DONATION unto
the said DONEE, for the EXTENSION OF BARANGAY HALL and DAYCARE
CENTER PROJECT of Local Government Unit of Barangay May-It Lucban, Quezon.

That, herein DONEE does hereby receives and accepts the DONATION OF A
PORTION OF LAND which will be used as for the children and parents and all
constituents and does by these presents do hereby expresses the sincerest appreciation
and gratitude for the kindness and liberality shown by the DONOR in recognizing the
above described portion of land.

That the DONOR affirms that this donation is not made with intent to deceive
his creditors, and that he has reserved for himself sufficient funds and property
That the DONEE hereby accepts and receives this donation made in their favor
by the DONOR, and hereby manifests his gratefulness for the latter's generosity
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our signatures, this ______day of
January 2019 at Brgy. May-It, Lucban, Quezon Philippines.
