Greetings!

My name is Mr. Joseph A. Alcoreza, 29 years old, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Radiologic
Technology. With Professional License Number 8382 in the Philippines. I am actively practicing for 9 years
and still in search to go further study in abroad to upgrade my skills and knowledge.

I have gained my first experienced from July 2010 to October 2011 at Lucena United Doctors Hospital and
Medical Center, Lucena City, Philippines (Tertiary Hospital). I held the position as a Radiologic
Technologist, handling x-rays and special procedures with contrast study. (Kindly see attached School
Transcript and certification)

To gain more knowledge, I have enrolled to a program in Vascular Sonography, a postgraduate course at
HB Calleja Center for Cardiovascular Technology for more than two months and gained certification as a
Vascular Technologist on December 21, 2012.

In February 2013 I was hired at Friendly Care Clinic as a Radiologic Technologist, practicing for 4 years
with skills and knowledge in 2D echocardiogram, Arterial and Venous duplex scans, carotid duplex scan,
Stress test, and X-Ray.

June 2017, I became a Certified 2D Echocardiography Technologist, and landed on top two student in the
class. These qualifications, had brought me to my current employment, the Philippine General Hospital,
(the largest hospital in the country) handling the position of Laboratory Technician III or Cardiovascular
Technologist who performs both 2D Echocardiogram and special procedures, assist Trans-esophageal
Echocardiogram and Vascular procedures for almost one year and counting.
In June-August 2018, I also attend 2D Echocardiography workshop, a short Postgraduate course for allied
health professionals sponsored by Philippine Society of Echocardiography and also gained certification
after three months.

I believe that my experience and accreditation will help me be a part of your prestigious school, to
continue learning and hone my skills in medical imaging. I am hoping that you will take in view of my
application.
