CAR PARK CONDITIONS:
1. This ticket is subject to the rules and regulations of Saint
Patrick’s Hospital Medical Center and entitles the customer to
park one (1) vehicle only in the Parking Area.
2. The Car park is not a depository of the customer and will not
be responsible for any damage to or loss of the vehicle or any
of its accessories or articles left therein.
3. The management shall have the right to refuse entry of any
vehicle or person at its sole discretion.
4. Customer shall be held liable for any damage they may
cause to the car park or its accessories, or to persons, or any
other property inside the car park.
5. Customer who lost their parking ticket, shall be charged
Php240.00 in addition to the regular parking fee as determined
at the exit gate and will be required to present their vehicle
registration certificate and latest official receipt and any
acceptable identification prior to exit. Furthermore, the owner
shall execute a sworn statement/undertaking among others to
defend and hold free and harmless Car Park Management
against any and all claims arising from the release of the
vehicle to him/her.
6. Saint Patrick’s Hospital Medical Center may hold the release
of any vehicle until the owner or user has fully paid all
charges.
