The training proper dates and venue is subject to change due to availability of trainers, and/or
equipment, Schedule of Batch 2 - 6 w ill be during Saturdays and Sundays (to be announced
later).

2. This training-workshop will be conducted by the Division ICT Techn ical Team which aims t o

1. Provide professional growth enhancement to school !CT coordinators.

2. Acquire new knowledge and skills for NC II qualifications.
3. Equip all the schoof lCT coordinator with the necessary skills that w ill enable them to fu lly
utilize the DCP package in their respective school.
4, Help the Division in maintaining functional DCP package

4. Participants to this training-workshop are the Fift h Congressional Sewndary (Junio r & Senior).

Day O for final briefing, orientation, and discussion of house rules on May 14, 2019, 8:00 in t he
morning.

5. Participants are required to bring their own networking equipment, !.uch as:

a. 2-desktop computer
b. Patch panel
c. Router
d. Access point

6. A registration fee of one thousand five hundred pesos (Php 1 500.00) will be charged to each
participant to cover other training materials and operational expenses to be given to the District
ICT Coordinators in-charge.

7. The trainees are expected to undergo the TESDA Assessment for NC II from an accredited TESDA
Assessor. The assessMent fees shall be charge t o personal fund .

8. There shall be pre-registration/orientation to be attended by the Distri ct lc.T coordinators (for

elementary), school ICT coordinators (for secondary) and facilitators meeting on M ay 9, 20 19 at
8:00 o'clock in the morning at Baao National high School(,ee Fnclosure 2). Participants in batch 1 is
expected to su bmit their names and registration fee to their respective District ICT Coordinator!:.
(for elementary) prior to this meeting.

9. Travel, Food and other incidental expenses of the participants, facilitator and other involved shall
be charged against Local Fund/ School MOOE subject to the usual accounting rules and regulations.

10. Considering that the training falls on summer vacation, this office authorizes the granting of service
credit to all participants, facilitator and working committees and other person s involved pursuant
to paragraph 1.d letter k of the DepEd Order no.53,s.2003 of the Department of Education dated
June 24, 2003.

Please be guided accordingly.
