PT. Subang Autocomp Indonesia
A company that manufacture wiring harness for cars. I was doing an internship at QA Department.
In my internship, I had two tasks. Firstly was to compiled customer claims report and then send it
my supervisor. Secondly was to make an internal report of defective products that emerged in the
company’s production lanes. But before I wrote the report, I had to visit those productione lanes in
order to review and analyze the cause that made the product became defective. I used Seven Tools
Analysis in this occasion.
