TECHNICAL DATA

Description: ANAND 2594 is intended for the welding of wrought,

forged, or cast super duplex stainless steels, which typically
are in the as welded condition when put into service.
ANAND 2594 provides matching chemistry and mechanical
property characteristics to wrought superduplex alloys such
as 2507 and Zeron 100 as well as superduplex casting alloys
(ASTM A890). ANAND 2594 facilitates high tensile/yield
strength and superior resistance to SSC and Pitting corrosion.

Shielding Gas:                                    Pure Argon or 98% argon, 2% oxygen 5 – 10 liters / minutes.
