OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT EDUCATION OFFICER (W-EE) ATTOCK Onder No, AS2L5 sadmn Subject:- PROMOTION OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS TO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TIACHERS_ (ARTS, SCIENCEMATH. & ARABIC) AG) ACCORDING 10 PROMOTION POLICY 2014, Consequent upon the approval accorded by the Departmental Promotion Committee in its meeting held on 25.04.2019 constituted at District Level, the following in service Primary School Teachers (PSTs) are hereby promoted as 51s, BPS-15 (16120-1330-56020) as per their seniority list for Promotion to ESTs against in-service quota maintained by this office at District level and the beneficiaries also possessed prescribed qualifications for promotion according to Service Rules, 2014 notified by Government of the Punjab Service and General Administration Department (Regulations Wing) Lahore vide No. SORK(S&GAD) 1-19/2004(P) dated 14-03-2014 ‘and School Education Department Government of The Punjab Lahore Notification No. SO (SE-IH) 5-305/2013 dated: Lahore, 07" july 2014 and posted at the station mentioned against their names with effect from the date they join on the following terms & conditions:- 1. They will be governed by the Punjab Civil Servant (appointment & condition of service) Rule, 1974 or as amended from time to time. 2. They will have to produce attested copies of certificates/degrees/service books along with their original certificates to the head of concerned institution for verification at the time of their joining. In case of any discrepancy the Head of Institution/DDO will bring into the notice of this office (DEO/ EE-Female Attock) immediately, otherwise she will be held personally responsible for any such discrepancy coming into the notice at any later stage. 3. The Heads of institutions are personally responsible to obtain an affidavit on stamp paper worth of Rs. 50/- to the effect that they are being promoted on purely temporary basis and if any direction received by the Department, their orders can be withdrawn ‘and they will have no right to claim their promotion and it will not be challengeable in any court of law. 4. They will join their new place of posting within 15 days after the issuance of this order, failing which their promotion on EST grade/orders will automatically be considered cancelled. After the expiry of joining period no extension will be made. 5. The promotion has been made on the basis of seniority list of in-service PSTS regular teachers having requisite Academic and Professional qualification at least 2™ Division from the recognized Universities / Institute as prescribed in the Promotion/Service Rules, 2014. 6. Their salary/pay will be drawn after verification by the District Accounts Officer, Attock. 7. They will have to stay their first place of posting for a period of at least 03 years and no request for transfer/adjustment during this period will be accepted. 8.
