HINDU JAGARAN MANCH

Sribhumi (Karimganj), Assam

To: DEPUTY COMMISSIONER

KARIMGANJ
From: Hindu Jagaran Manch , Sribhumi Jila (Karimganj)
Assam.
Date: 13 May, 2019
Subject: Regarding the fateful incident of mob violence in
Hailakandi and the consequent tension resting in Barak Valley

Reverend Sir,

In inviting your attention to the aforementioned subject, we the

undersigned would like to bring before you a matter of serious
concern for the inmates of Barak Valley albeit Assam.

That Sir, it beggars no description to describe the perilous life of the

Hindus in India. Rather India is probably the only country in the
world where the majority is tortured and exploited in the world. The
atrocities against the Sanatanis, the torch bearers of civilization,
have very fatefully become the fate of this country since 8th century
AD. Everywhere the Hindus are tortured, converted, mal-treated in
the name of religion and ‘peace’ in this country (which fatefully lost
her parts to the religious fanatics).

That Sir, the recent violence in Hailakandi after the Friday Prayers
has caused a serious damage to the life and property of the inmates
of Marawari Patty, S S Road and Hailakandi at large.

That Sir, the way the violence flared leaves no doubt about the
preplanned nature of the attack. Nevertheless the Social Media posts
by some fanatics on the preceding days also substantiates our claim.

That Sir, attacks with stones after Friday Prayers is nothing new in
the world as well as India. There are innumerable instances of
HINDU JAGARAN MANCH

wedging war against the humane society in the Indian subcontinent.

The evil intentions behind it are discovered every time.

That Sir, the attack by the fanatics on the civilians and our Security
Forces on that fateful day in a Kashmir like manner has caused a lot
of damage to life and property. A number of shops had been
vandalized and looted by the miscreants. Some shops and vehicles
are even torched.

That Sir, there is an air of fear (of ancient kind) among the civilians
all over the valley. Many a time violent approach is sensed in many
areas of the valley.

That Sir, under the circumstances cited above we lay before you the
following demands:

1. Installation of security forces in remote areas of the valley, esp.

where Hindus are in minority (by number).
2. Grant of aid for the businessmen whose shop and property were
vandalized or looted or both.
3. Strict action against the miscreants and ensure exemplary
punishment
4. Appointment of appropriate authorities for investigation on the
anti-national racket going on in the valley.

Namaskar.

Sincerely Yours,

President
