F110 -> Edit -> Proposal -> Proposal List

Choose any Variant in the dropdown of Variant field

It displays like this.

Choose the Change Layout Variant and choose Yes

Choose the Change Layout button

Click the Position button

On the left side are the currently selected fields and on the right are the available fields
Posting Date can be selected on right side and moved to the left using the single black arrow that
points left
Fields on the left can be moved right by slecting 1 or many and using the right pointing arrow
The list will then look like this
Choose the Save Layout button

Give it a name beginning with Znnnn….and choose User Specific

Tick SAVE

Now go again through menu F110 -> Edit -> Proposal -> Proposal List

Choose any variant in dropdown

It displays like this.

Choose the Change Layout Variant and choose Yes

Choose Select Layout

Choose your Z variant

It displays the list layout that you saved before
