Application;
3. To sign, execute and deliver whatsoever agreements, instruments, papers, or
documents, and to perform such other acts and deeds as he may deem necessary and
desirable in furtherance thereof;
4. To submit, receive, or obtain the relevant documents such as but not limited to Business
Permit, Clearances, Certificates of Registration and similar documents to/from the
appropriate government agencies to effect the application and registration of Business
under my/our name;
5. To do and perform any all other lawful act and deeds necessary to undertake the
execution and finalization of Business Registration.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or
proper to be done in and about the premises as fully for all intents and purposes and
HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT shall lawfully
