Orchestra Overnight

It’s almost time for our annual Orchestra Overnight! This is a fun event open to all orchestra
students at LMS. If you haven’t had a chance to attend in past years, here’s a brief description:

After school, we’ll meet in the orchestra room to get the night started! We’ll eat a snack, play
games, tie-dye t-shirts, go on a scavenger hunt, play hide-n-go-seek, and more. Of course, we’ll
also play lots of music with the help of special guest teachers and professional musicians to
coach sectionals! Please see the attached packing list and itinerary. ​We will not stay overnight
this year, but end at 10:00pm

The cost for this event is $30 and that covers the T-shirt, dyeing supplies, Qdoba bar for dinner,
snacks, game supplies, and hiring professional musicians. (Please let me know if the cost is a
problem! We can lower it on an as-needed basis.)

For any students that will need medication during the event: Please bring the medication (in
the original bottle) plus a doctor’s note to Galit (in the front office) by Friday, May 3rd.
