    Pan Card & Adhar Card is compulsory required: which should match your personal data filled in the Membership form
    (ie.Name / Address/Signature).
    Address proof: In case the Address proof is different from that mentioned in Adhar card then other address proof has to be
    provided i.e. Passport / Voter I D / Electricity Bill or leave license agreement.
    Partnership concern: If membership is for a Partnership concern Partnership Deed is required on
    ₹ 500 stamp paper duly notarized. (I. Card fee ₹ 200/- per partner & maximum I. card for 3 partner shall be issued).
    Ltd. & Pvt. Ltd. Co.: If Company is Pvt. Ltd / Limited / Association, a copy of Memorandum & Articles is required & in case
    LLP Company, partnership deed of LLP is required with registration certificate.
    Recommendation : Recommendation of One WIFPA’s regular member’s is compulsorily required on Membership Form.
    Title registration fee : ₹ 250/- per Title Registration (i.e. for Film, Regional Film, Music Album, T.V. Serial, T.V. News, Web
    series, Video Film & Dub Film). & for T V Show / Event Show the fees is ₹1000/- per Title. The Title registered also has to be
    renewed by paying ₹ 400/-for 1st renewal and ₹ 500/- for 2nd renewal and ₹ 1500/- for thereafter renewal.
    Important Note : The Membership registered shall expire after one year and the same has to renewed every year by paying
    ₹ 572/- as yearly subscription by Cash/D. Draft towards the same.
