    HOMEROOM PTA MEETING


    Date: June 20, 2018

    Time Started: 1:15 Time Ended: 2:15 Number of Parents Attended: 26

    The meeting was started with an opening prayer followed by the attendance of the

    parents. The teacher was introduced herself as an adviser of their children. Then, she re-

    oriented the parents about the policy and rules of the school (attendance of students, attendance

    of parents during PTA meetings, responsible use of phone, etc.). She also took up the grading

    system and the accomplishment of grade eight teachers, students and parents , SY 2017- 2018

    such as hand wash lavatory. The election of new set of Homeroom PTA Officers was also

    happened. Afterwards, the PTA Homeroom Proposal Project was also discussed. The teacher

    and the parents decided that the contribution will be Php 100.00 per student and it will be given

    as soon as possible. The project will be four stand fan and one cabinet/plastic cabinet that will be

    used by their children. The Homeroom PTA Meeting was ended with a fruitful discussion, clear

    instruction and explanation about the Homeroom PTA Proposal Project.
