As requested, we are pleased to submit our proposal to provide electrical services.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
 Replacement of 3pcs Air-conditioner breaker from 30AMP to 50 Amp. – Volt on type (3rd flr Panel
Board).
 Replacement of 2pcs Air-conditioner breaker form 30AMP to 50 Amp. – Volt on type (2rd flr Panel
Board).
 Installation of 3pcs Sub meter.
 Installation and wiring.
 Emergency light and exit sign.
 4pcs floor outlet second flr (no power).

FEES AND EXPENSES

For the above scope of services, our fee shall be a lump sum amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY
(Php 50,000.00). LABOR and MATERIALS.

Payment Terms: 50% down payment (P25,000).

50% upon completion of work (P25,000).

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Other services which are specifically requested and which are above and beyond those specified in this
proposal are to be paid based on an agreed additional fee at the time of the request.
