    Dear Mam/Sir,

    While I have enjoyed working at Jollibee RD Plaza as a Service/ Production Crew for
    the past one year and two months, it is time for me to offer you this letter of resignation.
    You are aware of the events that have transpired, as I have kept you informed at each
    step of the way. But for the purposes of this resignation letter, and my permanent
    employment file, I am resigning from my job for family reasons.

    I'd like to assure you that I feel as if you have provided me with terrific opportunities.
    With four promotions in one year and two months, I have had a chance to grow both my
    skills and my overall career. Both of these positives will be helpful for future jobs when I
    resume the pursuit of my career.

    I will miss you, my crewmates, and our managers. You provide a supportive
    environment for employees that I have appreciated.

    I have written up a brief manual that you can use to train my replacement. If I can help
    you train my coworkers, I will be happy and bless.

    Please let me know how I can help you make my transition as smooth as possible for
    the sake of our customers and my coworkers.
