Subject: Electric Vehicle Program
Introduction :
Electric cars generally refer to road going automobiles powered by electricity.
Driven and forced by one or more electric motors using batteries.
Electric cars enjoyed popularity between the late 19th century and early 20th
century.
There are three types of electric cars
Battery electric car
Hybrid electric car
Plug-in hybrid electric car
Background
The problem with petrol and diesel cars in Pakistan is that it is very much
expensive as the prices of petrol and diesel are rising everyday now.
They have a less fuel efficiency, that is: 8 to 15 kilometers.
The gasoline is burnt to power the car whereas in EV, the engine is run by the
electrically charged batteries.
Moreover, the pollution they create, the gases they emit are harmful as they are.
Electric vehicle itself is a solution to all these problems.
Electric vehicles provide a solution to all the problems gas cars create most
importantly the pollution and efficiency problem.
EV provide an average of 20 to 50 kilometers.
Battery EV can run for 5 years or 1,00,000 miles before fully disintegrated.
The plug-in hybrids and hybrids have a longer life span due to continuous
recharging from their engines.
This is the type of saving our country needs.
Zero greenhouse gases from the cars and less carbon emission.
Cheaper to run because of low rates of electricity than petrol.
100% recyclable batteries.
Reduces noise pollution.
Staffing
Budget
The government should approve a budget of an approximate 9 digit number.
A time of 5 years will be required to set up the plant and, the plant will be able
to produce almost 5.4 million cars in a year. It is more than the companies are
producing right now.
A budget of 12 - 15 billion dollars is required to set up the plant.
Authorization request
We offer a solution to the vehicular pollution and problems.
Along with fulfilling the urgent need to keep air pollution in check, we aim at
reducing the petroleum import bill and running cost of vehicles.
We announce the plan to ban the sale of gas and diesel cars by 2040 as we will
be able to produce EV by 2030.
We offer incentives to promote the use of electric vehicles, with the goals of
reducing air pollution and oil consumption.
