Subject:- TCR for Providing and fixing of Multicolour flex board with information and statics of
Kusmunda OCP.

A note sheet No. 996 dtd. 05/11/13 was initiated by Safety Officer, Kusmunda Project for the
subject work. The note sheet was forwarded to the competent authority for approval. The Authority
approved the estimate for procurement at unit level & A.F.M. Kusmunda Area concurred the amount vide
his diary no. FC/KSM/R/17/CVL/Other Cont./13-14/140 dtd. 19/12/13 for Rs.1,41,537.00 only.

As the approval has been approved for procurement at unit level, a tender notice no.
SECL/GM(M)/KOCP/Safety/2013-14/611 dtd 24/12/13 was issued by the Safety Officer, Kusmunda OCP.
In response to the NIT following parties participated in the tender and they had submitted their offers on the
due date i.e. 30/12/13.

1. M/s. M.K. Trading company P.H. Road Korba.

2. M/s. S.M. Sales Enterprises, P.H. Road, Korba.
3. M/s. Rajnarayan Yadav, Gevra Basti, Kusmunda.

Part – I was opened on the due date and TCR (No. 1005 dtd 04/01/14) was prepared. On
scrutiny it was found that all the three parties were eligible for opening of the price bid. The Tender
committee recommended for opening of price bid of the three parties. After approval of the Competent
Authority an information ( vide letter No.623 dtd 06/01/2014) for opening of Part –II was sent to all
concerned parties.

Price bid were opened at scheduled date i.e 10.01.14 at 4.30pm in presence of tender
committee members and comparative statement was prepared. As per the enclosed comparative
statement rate quoted by the parties are as under,

1. M/s. M.K. Trading company P.H. Road Korba. Rs. 1,49,940.00

2. M/s. S.M. Sales Enterprises, P.H. Road, Korba. Rs. 1,40,640.00
3. M/s. Rajnarayan Yadav, Gevra Basti, Kusmunda Rs. 1,65,924.64

From the above it is seen that M/s S. M. Sales Enterprises, Korba, has quoted the lowest rate for
total value of Rs. 1,40,640.00, which is not more than the estimated cost and seems to be reasonable.

order in favour of M/s S. M. Sales Enterprises., P.H. Road Korba, for Rs.1,40,640.00 (Rs. One Lakh
Forty Thousand Six Hundred Forty only) as per terms & conditions of the Company.

subject work. The note sheet was forwarded to the competent authority for approval. The Authority
approved the estimate for procurement in unit level & A.F.M. Kusmunda Area concurred the amount vide
his diary no. FC/KSM/R/17/CVL/Other Cont./13-14/141 dtd. 19/12/13 for Rs.1,97,747.00 only.

As the approval has been approved for procurement at unit level, a tender notice no.
SECL/GM(M)/KOCP/Safety/2013-14/610 dtd 24/12/13 was issued by the Safety Officer, Kusmunda OCP.
In response to the NIT following parties participated in the tender and they had submitted their offers on the
due date i.e. 30/12/13.

1. M/s. Universal Engineers, P.H. Road Korba.

2. M/s. S.M. Sales Enterprises, P.H. Road, Korba.
3. M/s. Rajnarayan Yadav, Gevra Basti, Kusmunda.

Part – I was opened on the due date and TCR (No. 1004 dtd 04/01/14) was prepared. On
scrutiny it was found that all the three parties were eligible for opening of the price bid. The Tender
committee recommended for opening of price bid of the three parties. After approval of the Competent
Authority a information (vide letter No 624 dtd 07/01/14) for opening of Part –II was sent to all concerned
parties.

Price bid were opened at scheduled date i.e. 11/01/2014 at 4.30 PM in presence of tender
committee members and comparative statement was prepared. As per enclosed comparative statement rate
quoted by the parties are as under,

1. M/s. Universal Engineers, P.H. Road Korba. Rs. 1,97,746.64

2. M/s. S.M. Sales Enterprises, P.H. Road, Korba. Rs. 2,30,000.00
3. M/s. Rajnarayan Yadav, Gevra Basti, Kusmunda Rs. 2,63,372.45

From above it is seen that M/s Universal Engineers,, Korba, has quoted the lowest rate for a total
value of Rs1,97,746.64, which is not more than the estimated cost and seems to be reasonable.

placing work order in favour of M/s Universal Engineers,., P.H. Road Korba, for Rs. 1,97,746.64 (Rs.
One Lakh Ninety Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Six and paise sixty four only) as per terms &
conditions of the Company.

his diary no. FC/KSM/R/17/CVL/Other Cont./13-14/142 dtd. 28/12/13 for Rs.3,24,657.00 only.

As the approval has been approved for procurement at unit level, a tender notice no.
SECL/GM(M)/KOCP/SAFETY/2013-14/ 3168 dtd. 28.12.2013 was issued by the Safety Officer,
Kusmunda OCP. The NIT is published in website as confirmed through the down loaded page
from Tender India WEB SITE on dated 01/01/2014 which is enclosed in this file.

In response to the NIT following parties participated in the tender and they had
submitted their offers on the due date i.e. 06/01/2014

1. M/s. Universal Engineers, P.H. Road Korba.

2. M/s. M. K. Trading Co., P.H. Road, Korba.
3. M/s. Rajnarayan Yadav, Gevra Basti, Kusmunda.

scrutiny it was found that all the three parties were eligible for opening of the price bid. The Tender
committee recommended for opening of price bid of the three parties. After approval of the Competent
Authority a information (vide letter No.625 dtd 10/01/2014) for opening of Part –II was sent to all
concerned parties.

Price bid were opened at scheduled date i.e. 14/01/2014 at 4.30 PM in presence of tender
committee members and comparative statement was prepared. As per enclosed comparative statement rate
quoted by the parties are as under,

1. M/s Universal Engineers, P.H. Road, Korba Rs. 3,16,160.00

2. M/s M.K. Trading company P.H. Road Korba. Rs. 3,44,040.00
3. M/s. Rajnarayan Yadav, Gevra Basti, Kusmunda Rs. 3,72,840.00

From above it is seen that M/s Universal Engineers, Korba, has quoted the lowest rate for a
total value of Rs. 3,16,160.00, which is not more than the estimated cost and seems to be reasonable.
