    suretyship, the latter becoming solidarily liable with Lory Lei in thepayment
    of such debt, making them both liable to pay upon the maturitydate as stated
    in the agreement.If the Lendee, upon the maturity of the loan, fails to pay the full
    amountborrowed from the Lender, Senese as co-lendee / surety, shall be
    held liableto pay such debt to the Lender.
