AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, FRANCO ARCHIE N. TONOG of legal age, married, and resident of

Catarman, Northern Samar, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the counsel of one ROBERT MAIZO y CARINOTE who is charge

for violation of R.A 9262.

2. The I personally know the accused GERRY GALIT as he is my client, and

as such I can vouch that he is a citizen of good standing in the community
where he resides.

3. I am ready and willing to assume and fulfill my duty and responsibility to

supervise and guide the accused during his release on bail.

4. I am likewise solemnly promising and undertaking before this

Honorable Court to produce and present the said accused ROBERT
MAIZO y CARINOTE before this Honorable Court whenever required to do
so during the pendency of the above-cited case in order to answer for the
said charge.

WHEREFORE, in order to attest to the truth of the foregoing, I am

hereby affixing my signature to this Affidavit of Undertaking this
