    2448937 - ME2DP is not working on S/4 HANA

    Symptom

    ME2DP transaction is not working in S/4 HANA, it is not showing any error message
    either.

    As a result of this there are no Down Payment relevant data available in ME21N,
    ME22N or ME23N

    Environment

    • Materials Management (MM)


    • SAP S/4HANA

    Reproducing the Issue

    1. Execute transaction code ME2DP


    2. No data can be selected

    Cause

    Business Function LOG_MMFI_P2P is not active

    Resolution

    To be able to use Down Payment functionality in MM Purchasing the Business


    Function LOG_MMFI_P2P needs to be activated.

    You can activate this business function in transaction SFW5. There you can find
    more information in the documentation of LOG_MMFI_P2P.
    Bear in mind that the business function is NOT reversible: once activated, it cannot
    be deactivated.
