RFP FOR APPOINTMENT OF EPC CONTRACTOR FOR ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT,

CONSTRUCTION, COMMISSIONING, TESTING, TRIAL RUN, OPERATION &
MAINTENANCEOF 20 MLD (2X10 MLD)TANNERY,COMMON EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT
(CETP) UPTO TERTIARY TREATMENT ALONG WITH DILUTION FACILITY WITH TREATED SEWAGE
FOR JAJMAU LEATHER CLUSTER, UTTAR PRADESH

Jajmau Tannery Effluent Treatment Association (JTETA) a Company formed under the
Companies Act, for waste management, including implementation, operation and
maintenance of Common Effluent Treatment Plant at Jajmau, Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh).
National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG) hassanctioned the project under Industrial
Pollution component of NamamiGangeProgramme of Government of India.

For this purpose, JTETA invites Request For Proposal (RFP) under single stage two envelope
system (i.e., Technical envelope and Financial envelope) from eligible global EPC contractor
for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Testing, Trial Run and
Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of “(a) 20 MLD (2X10 MLD) CETP upto tertiary treatment
along with Dilution facility with treated sewage, (b) raw effluent collection and conveyance
system, (c) common chrome recovery plant (3 x 300 KLD),(d) 200 KLD capacity zero liquid
discharge pilot plant and(e) O&M for 60 months”.

The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is INR 80.00 Million.

The period of completionfor the components (a) to (d) mentioned above is 30 months.
JTETA would endeavour to adhere to the following schedule for bidding process:

The bids along with necessary attachments must be submitted through e-procurement
portal https://etender.up.nic.in on or before the stipulated date and time mentioned
above.

JTETA reserves the right to withdraw this RFP or reject any or all the proposals without
assigning any reason whatsoever.
