SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, SHEILA ICALINA ALIPOYO, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of PNB
Subdivision, Gov. Village, Estaka, Dipolog City, do hereby APPOINT, PATROCINIO ALIPOYO,
likewise of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Gov. Village, Estaka, Dipolog City , to be my
true and lawful attorney in fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following
acts and things to wit;

1. To execute, sign and deliver housing loan application and mortgage contract in connection with
my application from the Pag-IBIG FUND for a loan in any amounts that may be approved by the
said government financial institution, offering as security for the payment of said loan the property
situated at Bagacay, Dumaguete City and registered under TCT No. 109-2018000935, Lot No. 3,
Block No. 1 of the Subdivision Plan (LRC) PSD-155418, being a portion of Lot 2693-A-1,
described on Plan (LRC) PSD-146375 LRC CAD. RECORD NO. 142 of the Regsistry of Deeds
for Dumaguete City under such terms and conditions and under such covenants which my said
Attorney-in-Fact may deem proper and convenient;

2. To execute, sign and deliver Promissory Note/Notes in favor of the Pag-IBIG FUND, as well as
other documents that may be required by the said government financial institution in connection
with the said loan;

3. To receive the proceeds of the Promissory Note/Notes which my said Attorney-in-Fact may
execute in connection with the mortgage contract relative thereto;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney in-fact full power and
authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to
all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and HEREB,
RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be
done under and by virtue of these presents.
