Terms and Conditions for the students

Following are the Instructions for students going on training in company/Industry:

 The organization should have its own development /service unit to serve the clients outside the
organization.
 Training must be provided to student for Six Weeks for 8 hours per day and at least 5days a week.
 A surprise visit to organization will be done to check the student’s regularity and training sincerity.
 Student must cover theory and practical aspects of the area of training/technical skills.
 Student must be involved as an active participant in online/Real time project and same project must be
submitted to the University with Project report (in prescribed Format). In case of software project the code and
soft copy of Report/Implementation will be submitted in CD.
 Student must work on individual project allocated to him.
 Student must prepare a daily progress report in training diary and submit the same along with the project
report in the University.
 Attendance record must be submitted at time of evaluation / viva, as issued by organization after
completion of training period.
 University officials will be visiting the training organization to monitor the training of University students;
student must facilitate them in meeting with trainers/ organization officials.
 The training organization must submit the confidential report about the student, which includes the
behavior, attendances, technical skills, role and responsibilities in the project.
 Certificate of training completion along with project file to be submitted.
 No online certification will be considered.
 Student must submit Confirmation letter from the organization/Company to respective coordinator
within a week from start of training.
 Project Report format/guidelines are to be followed as circulated through coordinators.
 PPT with details of implementation to be presented.
 Internal as well as external Viva will be held.
