Please be informed that the first day of reporting for AY 2019-2020 will be on 02 May 2019 (Thursday). Time in will be
at 08:00 AM. School dress code will be followed.

The following activities will be conducted on 02 May 2019.

A. Start of Novena Prayer (Infant Jesus of Prague)

08:00 AM, Chapel All Faculty and Staff (to continue every hour)
Schedule will be posted on the chapel wall

B. General Meeting Incoming Y2 and beyond faculty (except Grade School Reading Teachers)
09:00 AM, AVR 1 Orientation of Faculty Policies by the Academic Council
Bring a notebook and a pen

10:30 AM, Board Room Feedback to Teachers on Evaluation for AY 2018-2019 (scheduled)
Bring a notebook and a pen

C. Independent Reading Program Training by Scholastic

08:00 AM, AVR 2 Reading Teachers for AY 2019-2020 with Ms. Jane (new librarian)
Bring a notebook and a pen
Copy of the matters discussed during General Meeting (B) will be
furnished through email

Incoming Y1 faculty will meet the HR Officer.

Updating of Faculty Profile will be done online through this link http://bit.ly/rosevalefacultyprofile. The link will be closed
tomorrow at 09:00 AM.

Faculty assigned to be in charge of the releasing of Report Cards and facilitating entrance examinations will be posted
in the Grade 3 Girls classroom. Please read the instructions posted on the blue cabinet.
