The Leprechaun Dog  

 
One morning in a small town called Piru, a house with 
two dogs, Aria and Nugget, were in their cages at their 
house. Aria was bored, so she chewed her blue plastic bone. 
That didn’t help though. Nugget was sleeping. He was 
having a dream about eating at a buffet in Paris. Aria was 
still bored. So she decided to go to sleep too, but when Aria 
woke up she was somewhere different. Then she realised 
that she was wearing a clover green top hat and matching 
tuxedo. This place was definitely not home. She wasn’t in 
her cage, she didn’t see Nugget anywhere, and there were 
clovers everywhere! But she knew where she was. She saw a 
movie about it with her owner. The movie was called the 
the leprechaun Knight. And in the movie, she was in the 
mythical and magical Leprechaun kingdom!!!! 
 
Aria was filled with joy! She could not believe that her 
dream came true!! She saw some of her favorite characters 
of the movie. Lucky was a cook in the movie. She loved to 
make delicious meals for the king and queen. But this was a 
different type of Lucky, she was looking more like a dragon 
than a leprechaun. Everyone was looking like a dragon. Then 
Aria realised that this was the part in the movie that the 
real dragons were disguised as the leprechauns. Aria was 
worried. She didn’t know what to do. She was to scared the 
world was coming to an end! There it was, a black hole, it 
started to suck up all of the world! This was it. Goodbye 
owner! Goodbye dragons! Goodbye Nugget!! Aria closed her 
eyes and then, she woke up. It was all a dream. Everything 
was back to normal. She and Nugget were in each others 
cages, the owners were somewhere else, and she wasn’t 
wearing green clothes. What a crazy dream! At least she 
was alright. But when her owners came home, they were all 
green. And they had big scaly tails...
