EXAMINATION GUIDELINES
We accept payment only with Demand Draft drawn in favour of „MAX MUELLER BHAVAN“. Misspelt/

overwritten/hand corrected demand draft will not be accepted.

At the time of payment of the examination fee an ID proof bearing date & place of birth i. e. either a copy of


Passport, Aadhaar Card or 10th certificate along with 2 latest passport size photographs must be submitted by the

candidate. (Pan Card and Driving License will not be accepted).

No requests for the change in the examination timing will be accepted, once the examination fee has been deposited.


No examination fee will be accepted after the given date & time.


The candidate shall report 15 minutes prior to the examination time in the class room allotted for the same.


Mobile phones or any other electronic gadgets are prohibited in the examination hall.


The candidate must carry the examination receipt at the time of the written & oral examination as well as at the


time of collecting the certificate.

The candidate upon request in writing may view his/her examination paper in the presence of an examination


official. For further details please send an email to languagecourses@delhi.goethe.org.

You may collect your certificate on the last working day of the month i.e. the month in which the results have


been declared.

Certificates after the date of certificate distribution can be collected within 2 months between Monday to Friday


(10 am-6 pm) from the reception. Thereafter they will be archived.

The number of seats for external candidates are limited.



FOR OUTSTATION CANDIDATES


The demand drafts (drawn in favor of MAX MUELLER BHAVAN) along with a copy of the above

mentioned ID proof must be sent to the Language Department at our postal address latest

by the date of payment given in the table below.


Registrations via post will only be accepted from candidates outside Delhi.


Please write your full name, level of examination, date of birth and mobile number on the reverse

of the draft and on the copy of ID proof.

This examination fee will be applicable on all the examinations mentioned below.

In 2019 we will be offering the A1 and the B1 examinations on every weekend.

A1 will be held on Saturdays in the morning between 8 am -12 pm.

B1 consists of 4 modules and each module will be offered separately:

Reading and listening tests will be offered on Saturdays from 4-6.30 pm.
Written and oral tests will be offered on Sundays from 8 am-12 pm.

The online registration for the same will be on quarterly basis:

When you register online for the examination you may choose the month.
However the allotment of dates and the month would be on first come first served basis.

The dates for the next months will be published by May 2019.

-Online application dates for the examinations in the month of April, May & June:

The enrollment for the examinations is via an online form, which is available on the website on the dates
mentioned there. However please note that our seats are limited and they get filled up within minutes.

-Payment date and room plan will be communicated via E-Mail

-Results will be published after 15 working days from the date of the examination
