This research aim is to know relation of stress with change of cycle menstruate at coed nursing in High School Health Science Mandala Waluya In 2010”. Type researched of analytic survey with approach of sectional cross. Research population was all of student nursing courses in High School Health Science Mandala Waluya Kendari In 2010” which was class of regular generation 2006-2009 amounting to 621 coeds by using technique withdrawal of sampled by accidental sampling with amount of sample 86 responders . This experienced Researched result of stress but cycle menstruate did not regular around amount to 50 ( 58.14%) student and experienced of stress but cycle menstruate regular him amount to 15 ( 17.44%). Pursuant to resulted test square chi there was relation having a meaning of among stress with change of cycle menstruate at coed with value of x2 count (ρ)= 16.3141 bigger than value of x2 the tables of ( α) = 3.841 with trust storey or level 5% ( 0.05). therefore, expected for coed to lessen his stress.
