Job Summary
Performs a variety of duties in connection with receiving, storing, issuing, shipping, etc. within a warehouse area.

Duties and Responsibilities


- Receives and unloads incoming merchandise deliveries. Opens, inspects, counts, marks, unpacks, segregates, and/or tags items. Verifies items against appropriate
documentation to ensure correct items and quantities have been received; checks cost and retails prices; reports shortages, overages, damaged items, or any other
discrepancy noted to the supervisor. May sign for merchandise received.

- Warehouses stock according to specified locations. Periodically checks labels or bins for location accuracy; corrects or notifies supervisor of problems. May be
assigned specific area for the performance of this function.

- Pulls merchandise in accordance with established procedures for shipment, transfers or customer orders as directed by system or supervisor. Verifies information
shown on respective documents against information on merchandise or labels.

- May provide assistance in the charge back area performing limited tasks in connection with receipt, storing, and shipping of over shipped and/or damaged
merchandise. Assists in preparing charge backs and processing same following established procedures.

- Performs periodic inventories as required, and assists supervisor with inventory preparation.

- Performs basic housekeeping duties to maintain stock areas clean and orderly.

- Works under the supervision of a designated supervisor. Carries out assigned duties in accordance with established policies and procedures and/or instructions
from supervisor. Work is reviewed in terms of efficiency of operations and adherence to procedures.

- May occasionally operate material handling equipment (MHE).

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL EFFORT:
Performs work on a hard surface and in work areas that require you to walk, stoop, bend, and stand for a long period of time. May lift and carry boxes weighing up to
50 lbs and sometimes over 50lbs with assistance. Uses push cart to transport merchandise. Climbs ladder to pull stock, stock shelves and bins. Uses sharp
instrument to break open boxes.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Works indoor and/or outdoors, which may be cold, drafty, damp and/or hot. Work is performed in close quarters in storage areas or bin aisles, ramps or on
platforms. There is danger of minor injuries such as cuts, scraps, and/or bruises as well as from falling stock.

TRAINING REQUIREMENT:
Associate must receive Hazardous Material (HazMat) training within 90 days of hire per Department of Transportation regulations.

Job Summary
Operates a forklift and other material handling equipment in the receipt, warehousing, and shipping of stock and supplies.

Duties and Responsibilities


- Operates forklift capable of lifting up to 10,000 pounds as high as 168 inches to move, load or unload, transfer, transport, stack or unstack palletized goods, boxes,
crates, merchandise, materials, and supplies from one location to another.

- Performs one or a combination of the following warehousing duties:

Selects for shipment or transfer designated stock by proceeding to area, finding stock and verifying information shown on shipping or transferring document
against that on stock tags or bin bags; determines from which stack or bin items are to be removed; removes stock, assuring that proper quantity and nomenclature
of selected stock agree with information contained on document. Moves items selected to designated location.

Receives merchandise, supplies and equipment from vendors or manufacturers by unloading trucks, vans, freight cars; moves items by handcart, conveyor, or
similar conveyances; checks items against receiving documents, making notation on same, and reporting discrepancies to supervisor. Places identified stock in
appropriate temporary or permanent storage locations according to specific oral or written instructions and established methods. May sign for merchandise
received.

Warehouses palletized or bulk stock according to specified locations; restacks and straightens warehouse items; sorts out bad containers and periodically checks
bays, bins for mixed stock or incorrect locations; corrects or notifies supervisor of problems. Assists in taking inventories by determining quantities on hand.

May operate the forklift to load vans for shipment overseas, including checking weighing arranging/selecting merchandise, following established methods and
procedures.

- Works under the general supervision of a designated supervisor who makes assignments and issues instructions relating to the warehousing operations. Work is
checked while in progress for the arrangement of materials moved, and upon completion for compliance with instructions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Uses moderate physical effort while performing the various maneuvers involved in the operation of the forklift truck. Performs work on hard surfaces that requires
standing, stooping and bending in a tiring and uncomfortable position. May lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds with assistance.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Normally works inside and outside in cold, damp, drafty and hot areas. Is subject to injury from falling objects, collisions, shifting loads and overturning of truck.

TRAINING REQUIREMENT:
Associate must receive Hazardous Material (HazMat) training within 90 days of hire per Department of Transportation regulations.

Job Summary
Responsible for one or more functions (receiving, storing, issuing, shipping and fashion) within a warehouse area. May be assisted by several lower grade associates
when conducting tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities


Performs a substantial combination of the following duties:

- Receives and checks incoming freight, merchandise, supplies, and/or equipment from the main distribution center, and/or drop shipments from vendors. Unloads
vehicles by moving items by fork lifts, conveyor or similar conveyance. Participates in inventory counts. Counts stock on scheduled dates and advises supervisor of
slow moving and/or damaged items.

- Receives invoice from vendor and sign off on confirmation receipt of merchandize; Opens, inspects, counts, marks and prices merchandise. Reports shortages,
overages, spoilage, and/or damaged items to supervisor.; signs pertinent receiving documents in verification of merchandise received; assists in loading/unloading of
delivery trucks; checks incoming shipments for spoilage or damage.

- May work in security cage with high value merchandise

-Uses scan gun to receive, store, pick, print labels, and ship merchandise in all areas of the warehouse.

- Warehouse palletized or bulk stock items according to specified locations. Checks bins for mixed stock or incorrect storage; notifies supervisor of serious
discrepancies. May prepare temporary or permanent storage locations for new merchandise; places stock in bins and arranges on shelves.

- In a retail sales location; may provide work direction to storeworkers of lower grades; prepares work schedules; assigns work; recommends leave and provides input
for work performance reviews. Stocks and supervises the storage of merchandise in stock area; in coordination with supervisor, determines proper display area and
amount of shelf space for items in retail area; in coordination with supervisor, determines the priority of work to be accomplished on a day-to-day basis.

- Receives Merchandise Transfers. Selects merchandise from storage locations, and moves to shipping area. Prepares Transfer Delivery Receipt and issues to driver
with merchandise for delivery to requester. marks or supervises the marking and stocking of merchandise

- Receives Chargebacks for merchandise returns. Pulls merchandise, removes price-tags and stock for pick-up and delivery to vendor. Obtains signatures for
merchandise upon delivery.

- May operate material handling equipment (MHE) up to 10,000 pounds to move, load or unload, transfer, transport, stack or unstack merchandise and other
materials or supplies from one location to another.

- Will operate manual material movement equipment up to 2,500 pounds to move, load, unload, transfer, transport, stack/ unstack merchandise and other materials
or supplies from one location to another.

-Works under the general supervision of a designated supervisor who provides instructions as to procedures, priorities and policies, but has more autonomy to
complete tasks assigned. Is relied upon to control and maintain warehouse operations and to insure smooth and adequate flow and storage of items stored.

- Responsible for the receipt and storage of designated security and highly pilferable material in a warehouse storage area. Checks receipt document and/or
Transportation Control Number (TCN) against merchandise received for accuracy.

- Conducts periodic inventory of merchandise/supplies. Determines discrepancies on shortages or damaged items and advises supervisor by completing
administrative paperwork related to receiving and accounting for merchandize.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed indoors and outdoors. The area may be cold, drafty, damp or hot. Is exposed to the possibility of injury such as exposure to cuts, bruises,
lacerations from falling or dropping stock, from handling materials and from mechanical equipment.

TRAINING REQUIREMENT:
Associate must receive Hazardous Material (HazMat) training within 90 days of hire per Department of Transportation regulations. Must possess a valid driver’s license
to operate one or more types of trucks/ MHE with rated capacities up to and including one ton in hauling cargo within Government installations and over public roads.
