MATERIALS FOR 3RD GAS TURBINE UNIT AT ‘E’ STATION, PHASE-I, JEBEL ALI
The Tender Documents are available online through DEWA website http://www.dewa.gov.ae in the Public Area Folder of corresponding
Tender (RFX) in DEWA Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) through the link https://srm.dewa.gov.ae or under the link
www.dewa.gov.ae/open-tender, payable by locally issued credit cards and alternatively with the Main Cashier at the Head Office, Dubai
Electricity & Water Authority, Dubai, U. A. E. on all days (Sunday through Thursday) during 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on payment of Dhs. 525/-
(Dirhams Five Hundred and Twenty Five only, including VAT) in cash, which is nonrefundable in both the cases.
Tenderers are required to submit their offer online through our SRM System.
A covering letter must be accompanied by an Original Tender Bond (in a sealed envelope) for an amount of not less than 5% of the total
Tendered Price. The Tender Bond shall be strictly in accordance with the Authority’s prescribed specimen and shall be valid for 150 calendar
days following the last date fixed for receipt of Tender.
In addition to online submission, physical (manual) submission is also required. The hard-copies (01 sets) of entire offer (MASTER) along with
an electronic copy in CD (2 NOS.) of the scanned copy of entire tender documents and submittals. The hard copies completed as directed,
shall be enclosed in plain cover and red wax sealed, clearly marked “TENDER 2121800126 – “REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING FIRE & GAS
DETECTION & PROTECTION SYSTEM INCLUDING INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING, TESTING AND SUPPLY OF NECESSARY MATERIALS
FOR 3RD GAS TURBINE UNIT AT ‘E’ STATION, PHASE-I, JEBEL ALI”, should be addressed to The Chairman, Board of Directors, Dubai Electricity
& Water Authority and delivered into the Tender Opening Room at the Authority’s Head Office near Wafi Shopping Mall in Zabeel East, Dubai.
The scanned copy of the Original Tender Bond must be uploaded in the Vendor Folder in SRM.
Tenders must be valid for acceptance for 120 days from the closing date of the Tender. In case the validity of the offer is less than 120 days
then the offer will be rejected.
The closing date for receipt of completed Tender is 11:00 am of Monday, the 31st December, 2018.

‫الصادرة محليًا‪ ،‬أو عن طريق أمين الصندوق الرئيسي في المكتب الرئيسي بهيئة كهرباء ومياه دبي‪ ،‬دولة اإلمارات العربية المتحدة‪ ،‬خالل أيام األسبوع‬
‫(من األحد إلى الخميس)‪ ،‬وخالل ساعات الدوام الرسمية من الساعة ‪ 8‬صباحًا إلى الساعة ‪ 2‬بعد الظهر‪ ،‬فعلى الراغبين باإلشتراك في هذه المناقصة‪ ،‬دفع رسم‬
‫مالي وقدره ‪( ٥٢٥‬خمسمائة وخمسة وعشرون درهم إماراتي فقط) شامل مبلغ ضريبة القيمة المضافة‪ ،‬نقدًا غير قابل لإلسترداد في كلتا الحالتين‪.‬‬
‫يجب تقديم رسالة مع الضمان المصرفي األصلي (في ظرف مغلق) والذي اليقل عن ‪ ٪5‬من قيمة العطاء اإلجمالية‪ .‬يجب أن يتطابق ضمان العطاء تمامًا مع‬
‫نموذج الهيئة المرفق‪ ،‬وأن يكون صالحًا لمدة ‪ 150‬يومًا (مائة وخمسون يومًا) من تاريخ آخر موعد الستالم العطاءات‪.‬‬
‫باإلضافة لتقديم العرض عبر اإلنترنت‪ ،‬يجب تقديم العرض بشكل ورقي ويدوي‪ .‬النسخ الورقية (تتضمن المجموعة األولى) النسخة األصلية الورقية لكامل العرض‬
‫ونسخة إلكترونية تحتوي على نسخة ممسوحة ضوئيا من وثائق المناقصة وجميع األوراق المقدمة حسب التوجيهات موضوعة على قرص ليزري (عدد ‪،)٢‬‬
‫وتقدم بمظاريف مغلقة ومختومة بالشمع األحمر مع تسجيل رقم المناقصة (المذكور أعاله) عليها بوضوح‪ ،‬كما يجب أن تعنون باسم‪ /‬رئيس مجلس إدارة‬
‫هيئة كهرباء ومياه دبي‪ ،‬ثم تسلم لغرفة فتح العطاءات بالمكتب الرئيسي للهيئة‪ ،‬والكائن بجوار مركز وافي‪ ،‬زعبيل (شرق)‪ ،‬دبي‪ .‬في موعد أقصاه يوم اإلثنين‬
‫‪ ٣١‬ديسمبر ‪ ،٢٠١٨‬الساعة الحادية عشرة صباحًا‪.‬‬
‫يجب تحميل نسخة ممسوحة ضوئيا من أصل الضمان البنكي في مجلد البائع الموجود في نظام ‪.SRM‬‬
‫أسعار المناقصة‪ ،‬يجب أن تكون سارية المفعول لمدة ‪ 120‬يومًا من تاريخ موعد استالم العطاءات‪ .‬في حال كان أقل من ‪ ١٢٠‬يوم سيتم رفض العرض‪.‬‬
‫جميع مقدمي العطاءات يجب عليهم تقديم عطاءاتهم عبر اإلنترنت عبر نظامنا ‪.SRM‬‬
