EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Summary:-

We “Professional Laundry Services” have planned to

commence the business operation by August 1st 2019 and the
proprietor of this business is Mr. Pravin Hanmant Dubal. The
promoter is from the background of Computer Sales & Services
and interested and passionate in starting up a laundry service
to meet the needs of various kinds of people. He is a Graduate
and completed professional training of laundry services from
Seva Drycleaners, Dhule.

Location:-

a. Working Unit

Our Laundry Unit will be located in Bambavade (Palus) of

Sangli District which will have semi-automatic machineries
with high safety standards. This unit will take care of washing,
cleaning, drying,Ironing and packing of all kinds of fabrics
given by the customer.

b. Showroom & Collection Point

At the Initial stage we have planned to start Showroom &

Collection Point in Palus to collect Cloths from Hotels,
Hospitals, Institutions and Housing Apartments
Resource Needs

a. Machine

We will be buying the washing, spinning, drying,

pressing and ironing machines from Global Laundry
Equipment Miraj, Sangli (Maharashtra)

We will be having the 10 numbers of managerial staffs to run

the business operation.

c. Raw Material

We have planned for to purchase raw material by wholesale as

requirement of washing and dry-cleaning by its Quantity ….

d. Water

Water is most important part of this business, so we have own

source of water which is plenty of for my daily needs ….
Volume of Business

We will be providing the laundry services to the following categories

a. B2B

This model will help us to meet the requirement of

hotels, hospitals and institutional laundry
requirement. Expecting sale of 30000 pieces and
turnover of 3 lakh per year.

b. Commercial

This model will help to meet the requirement of dhobi and

consumers who prefer the washing in KG basis. Expecting
turnover of 10 lakh per year.
c. Retail

This model will help to meet the requirement of

individual customer on a piece basis. Expecting turnover
of 15 lakh per year.
Profit note in

(i) Market

We will be planning to get a market share of 20% at the

initial year across the IT corridor of Palus which will

earn a profit of 5 lakhs and plan to expand the 50%

market share across Palus and which will earn a profit

of 30 lakhs per year.

(ii) Customer

We will be targeting the IT people, Hotels and Hospitals and

all these combined together will help to get a profit of 5 lakh

per annum.

(iii) Financial Highlight

This service will earn the revenue very quickly and the

credit period is also very less except for few cases and the

cash flow will be always there as this falls under the basic

needs of human life.
