An electron possesses both negative charge and a small magnetic moment called spin. Charge is
used in electronic devices such as transistors that has functionalities of signal amplification and
logic operation. The spin has non-volatile memory function that is used in magnetic storage
devices such as Hard Disk Drive (HDD). Spintronics is a new field of science and technology
discovered in 1980’s which is the combination of both charge and spin of an electron.
Magnetoresistance effect is a very important technology in spintronics , it is the change in
electric resistance induced by an application of magnetic field, this effect can correlate the
charge and spin of electrons in solid state devices. Human brain signal processing can be
interpreted and the application formed by using tiny particle light probe device, from which the
human brain function by brain cells under sub-consciousness can be monitored and
investigated,which is useful for challenging investigation. By using spintronic probe device, the
particle and brain cells interactions in terms of changing energy can be relatively measured and
obsererved.
