Clearbrook St ftom September - Jemuary 2019. They have been in on and off contact with each other since then, end they ate sill friends". Nick till resides at that residence. 0n 05/13/19 at about 1129 hours, I called Craig Sule back and recorded the phone call conversation. Craig told me that Nid has been "off the chain with drugs and alcohol." He stated that she recently obtained a concealed weapons permit, and purchased « turquoise handgun, He is unable to describe whether it is a revolver or semiautomatic, as he does not have a lot of knowledge about firearms. He stated that she walks around with her gun all of the time, she is ‘a "bomb waiting to blow", and is often suicidal, He stated that Nikki held a gun to his head on Friday night and fired four rounds." asked Craig to explain in more detail what occurred. Craig stated that on Friday night (05/10/19) going into Saturday morning, he went to Nikki's residence at around 0100 hours to drop off a boat ttle that she needed. When. he arrived, she allowed him into the residence, Nobody else was home. Craig and Nikic sat on her living room couch {aliing for a while as she drank aleoholic beverages. They spoke about Nikki's open DCF ease and her trying to regain custody of her children, Nikki told him that she failed the last three drig tests. Craig confronted her on why she is still failing her drug tests, that she was drinking alcoholic beverages currently, and questioned why she had not yet checked herself in to New Horizons forhelp. “When Craig confronted Nikki with these things, she became angry and "flew off the deep end.” Craig stated she got up from the couch, went to her bedroom, and came back out with her turquoise handgun and held it to the side of his head, Nikki began yelling at Craig ebout "putting her down" as she held the gun to his head, She then fired two rounds at the living room floor. Craig deseribed that she fired the rounds on the floor in between the living room ‘couch and entertainment center, He stated this incident occurred at around 0300 hours. Craig stated he immediately ren out of the house and ran down the street, as be left his car Keys in the house. Craig stated he "heard another boom" (referring fo a gunshot) as he left the house, Nikki then sent him a text message with fa gun emoji stating "The next one's gomna be from me!" As he contizued down the street, he heard another "pop" (cefeering to @ gunshot). Craig walked to SE Thornhill Dr/SE Crowberry St where he called a friend Jessica to come and pick him up. Jessica dropped him off, and Nikld continued texting Craig, Craig stated that he texted her saying she shot at him. He told ie that she responded with "When I shoot at people, I don't miss." Craig stated that Nikid has en iPhone (phone number 772-708-4561). Craig sent me sereenshots of some of their text conversations. It shows that that on 05/11/19, Nikki texted him at 0325 hours, "Good bye. The pain is unbearable. All { wanted was to love you... Everything always my fault you continuously remind me. [can’t take the pain anymore don’t miss me I ruin everything remember next one might be iL Craig told me that the "next one" that "might be it" is her seferring to the bullets in her gun, and making suicidal statements. Craig responded that he just needed to get her: ‘stuff. She then sent a link to a song called "If Die Young" and texted him "You will once I'm gone ‘until then don't come near me you cause too much pain."
