organized as such at the JANUARY 2019 Term, of the 52% Judicial District Court for
said County, upon their oaths present in and to said Court at said term, that, Brittany Dian
Hallman, hereinafter styled Defendant, on or about the 30" day of April, 2019 and before
the presentment of this indictment, in the County and State aforesaid, did then and there,
with intent to deceive, knowingly make to Mary Basye, a peace officer conducting a
criminal investigation, a false statement, to-wit: that she was not present at 408 Cedar
Ridge during the time persons under the age of 21 were consuming alcohol on April 26"
or April 27, 2019, at said address, and the statement was material to the investigation.
