ICOW the above references, upon proper verification from the court of the authenticity of the order, a PDL shall be released promptly and without unreasonable delay (see reference b). 3. Hence, you are directed to facilitate prompt and expedite releases of qualified PDL for release following our procedure for releasing. Ensure that all releases shall be facilitated within 24 hours from the receipt of the court order. 4, Failure to abide the same shall be a ground for administrative sanction. 5.
