teachers into the school environment.

teachers based on the principle of lifelong
learning.

Design
Narrative Report The Induction/Orientation Program for Newly
Hired Teachers was held on March 2-3 & 9, 2019 at
the Mifamco Hostel, Lumbia District Pagadian.
Everyone was so excited especially the participants,
waiting for the program to start.
The program started at 8 o’clock in the morning
and everyone was being acknowledged by our very
own Public School Division Supervisor, Ludy P.
Detalla.
Before the session begun, House Rules,
Orientation and Overview of the Matrix were being
presented by Ma. Myra P. Sumastre, MT-I of CAES
and Marilyn L. Amores,Ed.D , Principal-II of Tuburan
Central Elementary School.
The Teacher Induction program composed of 6
modules and delivered by sessions with the different
brilliant speakers.
It supports the growth and professional
development of new teachers. It is a step in a
continuum of professional learning for teachers to
support effective teaching, learning, and assessment
practices. It provides professional support so that new
teachers can continue to develop the requisite skills
and knowledge that will support increased success as
teachers in the Division of Pagadian City.
By helping new teachers achieve their full
potential, this induction/orientation program for newly
hired teachers in the elementary level supports
DepED's vision of achieving high levels of student
performance.

General Comments and It helps us to realize our professional


Issues Encountered development goals in our journey at DepEd and to
internalize our roles, rights, obligations, and
accountability as we perform our functions as
professional teacher.
