DUTIES and RESPOSIBILITIES

▪ I will see to it that all the orders of the customers will finished
on time.
▪ daily checking of hydrolic temperature and hydrolic gauge
▪ I can communicate to the germanist via team viewer chatting, if
there is any trouble shooting regarding the machine
▪ I always check the cooling system temperature
▪ daily cleaning, and greasing of all rollers and any kind of
bearing
▪ maintaining all panel board clean, protecting from dust to help
prevent from trouble shoot.
▪ always communicating to my co-worker to have team work, to
finished our work earlier

- cut and bend operator(any machine of cut and bend)

- knowledge in SCHNELL robomaster double head bender
- knowledge in SCHNELL monorobot single head bender,
including manual bender
- knowledge in operating prima stirrup machine
- knowledge in EVG machine straightening, roller type
- knowledge in kinds of measurements can be accepted of all
kinds of bender and what are the limits of the machine can
be accepted
- knowledge in proximity switch
- knowledge in making plan according to the customers order,
size and measurement they want
- I know all the parameters of the machine
- I also know what are the measurements of EVG machine
wiremesh , about overhangs, spacing of bar, diameter of steel
- knowledge in programming the machine, if the program is
lost
- knowledge in welding data, welding pressure per diameter of
steel and current power of welding machine defending to the
diameter size

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

2006- twice attending the actual training on how to operate the

EVG Machine, to know what are limits of the machine,
 speed of the machine per diameter of the steel.
The seminar is conducted at the Intertaym International,
JAFZA Dubai, U.A.E by the German Engineers of EVG

2009- training seminar of EVG machine model GE55 HS at the

Bishah Steel IND. L.L.C Dubai U.A.E by the German
Engineers of EVG
