to overseas repair centers
All faulty spares are tracked from site back to reusable stock via our own
application
Faulty spares are sorted on arrival at our repair center via a robust triage
process to identify NFF and BER items
Truly faulty and repairable items are passed through the repair process for
component level analysis and rectification
All repaired items are passed through rigorous final test to ensure they are fit to
return to service and then we apply a comprehensive warranty

the vast variety of types and configurations in any given network
Many spares are lacking packing, any form of history or credentials and often
even serial and model information
We manage Telecom Spares in an holistic manner, we understand the difference
between a TRX and a PSU, we know about firmware and software levels
When engineers demand a spare part they give descriptions and not part
numbers, we translate and provide the correct part 99.9% of the time, on time
