CONDITIONAL RECEIPT

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to inform that a Metro Bank Check No. 0228724 dated June 12, 2008 in
the amount of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND (Php400,000.00) PESOS ONLY was
issued by Ms. Lilia B. Lammatao unto Ms. Nenita F. Sumaylo in settlement of
investment/cash loan subject of an Affidavit dated March 4, 2008, in relation to a
Deed of Investment executed before Notary Public Atty. Dante V. Gil under Doc.
No. 335, Page No. 68, Series of 2007 of Makati City and Affidavit dated January
22, 2008, related to a Deed of Investment dated February 9, 2007, executed
before Notary Public Atty. Dante V. Gil under Doc. No. 259, Page No. 53, Book
No. XXCV, Series of 2007 of Makati City.

Furthermore, it is inform that this conditional receipt is not considered valid

receipt of the above-mentioned amount until after it is credited to the account of
Ms. Nenita F. Sumaylo. Henceforth, upon encashment on acknowledgement
receipt shall be issued to this effect.

Attached are photo-copy of the document of investment, post-dated checks and

the original copy of the title offered as collateral on the (php 500,000.00) subject
of a conditional receipt dated June 5, 2008, which has already been sent to Ms.
Lammatao on June 6, 2008 via JRS Express with Airbill No. 52993.

Lucia Realty & Development Inc., covering a parcel of land
identified as Lot No., 4, Block I, Pcs-07-002297 containing
an area of 317 sq. meters;
b) Photo copy of the Deed Of Investment with Mortgage dated
September 25, 2006 executed before Notary Public Atty.
Lucila M. Lawas-Yutok, under Doc. No. 495, Book No.100,
Page No. 534, Series of 2006.
