SUBJECT: UAP NATIONAL ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES FOR FISCAL YEAR

2018-2019

Pursuant to Article IV, Section 4.1a of the 2009 UAP Bylaws, “a member to be in good
standing and receive membership rights and privileges from the UAP, a regular member
must have paid the national annual membership dues on or before September 30 of the
current fiscal year”.

Please be reminded that the deadline of payment of the UAP National Annual
Membership Dues for Fiscal Year 2030- 2031 amounting of Php 600.00 shall be on
September 30, 2031 (Sunday).

Further, as stipulated in Article IV, Section 4.3. a,c, any member who has not paid his
national annual membership dues for any given fiscal year on or before September 30
deadline shall be considered a dues-delinquent member, thereby all his membership
rights and privileges are temporarily suspended; further, whenever a delinquent
member makes full payment of the national annual membership dues owing, plus a sum
equivalent of PhP300.00.
Article III, Section 3 of the 2009 UAP Bylaws requires the Chapter Treasurer to collect
all fees and dues from the chapter members and to remit to the UAP National Treasurer
the national share of the national annual membership dues on the date as set forth in
the said Bylaws.

All Area Vice Presidents and District Directors are likewise requested to ensure the
prompt and effective dissemination of this Circular in your respective jurisdictions.
