WEEKLY JOURNALS

This is where you think about your FMP learning journey and development.
Don’t simply describe what you did - consider what you have learnt and how this has benefitted
your project. What do you need to improve?

THIS IS JUST GUIDANCE THAT YOU NEED TO ADAPT TO YOUR OWN PROJECT. YOU HAVE CREATED YOUR
OWN PRODUCTION SCHEDULES AND YOUR WEEKLY BLOGS SHOULD REFELCT THAT.

THESE QUESTIONS SHOULD BE ADDRESSED IN THE WEEKS YOU COMPLETED THEM. DO NOT JUST SUBMIT THIS
FORM FILLED IN FOR YOUR WEEKLY BLOGS. THERE SHOULD BE 11 WEEKLY BLOG ENTRIES (INCLUDING
EASTER).

Week One - Context

CONTEXT

How did you find coming up I found coming up with an idea quite difficult, it is a very important part
with an idea that challenged of the production and it will take time and many attempts with
you enough for your FMP? inspiration from research to do this. I watched many music videos to
help me think of an idea but then realised to push myself to my highest
capability I should do something a bit more difficult, so I decided to mix
a music video with a short film.

How has writing a proposal By writing a proposal, it helps me get a clear idea of exactly what I
helped you with finalising need to do and I can vision what to do. It lays out everything in a clear
your idea? order so it is simple to understand and the idea is not to start changing
your ideas so you stick by it and follow what you have written in your
proposal.

How did the feedback help From the feedback, it narrowed down my ideas as to which one I am
you adapt your idea – what going to choose. My 1st and 3rd idea got the same amount of votes,
did you change after whilst the 2nd idea had a significant amount of less votes. I ended up
feedback? choosing the 3rd idea of mixing a short film and music video together.
This was a good choice as it pushes my abilities. I also got feedback
from teachers in which they also thought the 3 rd idea was best to do.

Are you on track for the yes
