This activity aims to: 1. discuss guidelines stipulated in DepEd Memo No. 55, 2019 titled “Search for the Outstanding Barkada Kontra Droga Implementers in Secondary Schools for School Year 2018-2019" encourage secondary schools to become more actively involved in promoting youth ‘empowerment in leading health lifestyle that is drug-free and productive; 3. strengthen National Drug Education Program (NDEP) through the BKD movement established in schools, 4. discuss other related activities in promoting drug-free school environment. n Participants to this activity are the Guidance Counselors/Guidance Counselor- Designates of all public secondary schools.
