1. All personnel will shift to the prescribed dress uniform for pictures by 0750. The prescribed dress uniform equivalents

special situations and are only authorized by NHQ on a case by case basis.

1. Admin will setup the check-out station by 0930. The check-out station will be weather dependent and will be passed
the day before graduation.

2. Officers, Support Personnel, and Cadets will eat, muster, and complete pack out in the working uniform. All
personnel are expected to shift into the uniform of the day by 1000. All Cadet seabags will be staged by Division at
the designated check-out station.

3. IAW NSCC/NLCC Uniform Regulations, NSCC Officers, Instructors, Midshipman and Chief Petty Officers will not
wear the Navy Full Dress White or Service Dress White uniforms. This includes the male and female high collar

4. Depending on availability, Color Guard / Honor Guard personnel will wear Aiguillettes, Ascots, Harnesses, Gloves,
Guard Belts, and Leggings as prescribed by NSCC/NLCC Uniform Regulations.
